MATTRIX NEXGEN : NTT COURSE FAQ

1. ABOUT THE COURSE:

This Is One/Two Year Course In Which Candidates Are Trained For Pre-Primary Child Education. Minimum Educational Qualification For 1year Course Is High School (10th) Or Equivalent And For Two Years Course Is Intermediate/ Senior Secondary (+2) Or Equivalent With One Year Ntt Course.

It Has No Age Bar.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN US (FRANCHISEE):

• Application For Establishment Of Study Centre Should Be Submitted Within The Date Stipulated In The Form.

• The Application Form Should Be Submitted By Institute Chairman/Secretary Or By Principal Of The School/College Along With The Declaration Form Of Non-Judicial Stamp Paper Worth Rs 10/-

• Application Should Be Attested By Gazetted Officer Or Notary.

• Centre Will Work Only As Authorised Study Centre Of Aiecce

• Centre Shall Not Claim To Use Their Logo/ Reg Trademark In Advt/Communication/ Display Etc.

• Centre Shall Abide By The Rules And Regulations Of AIECCE

• In Case Of Outstanding Payment Centres Shall Not Ask For Enrolment Numbers/Exam Results

• Exam Fees Shall Not Be Accepted In Cash.

• Centres Must Not Open/Run Any Sub Centre Other Than The One Authorised Failing Which Authorisation Shall Be Terminated

• Documents To Be Provided: Photocopy Of Address Verification And Copy Of Photo ID Along With The Form.

• Approval For Opening New Study Centre Will Be For 3 Years.

• Centre Having Less Than 5students For A Particular Sessionhave To Pay Rs500/- Per Student Extra At The End Of Session.

3. INFRASTRUCTURE: ROOM SIZE AND TOTAL NO.OF ROOM:

It Is A Profit Making Project. The Number Of Room And The Size Depends Upon The Number Of Students, Though It Requires Minimum 1 Room Of 300 Square Feet.

A Minimum 5 Number Of Candidates Need To Be Registered For Each New Centre.

4. FACULTY DETAILS WITH QUALIFICATION:

A Graduate From Any Recognized University In Education Or Psychology.

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF STUDY CENTRE OF AIECCE:

Any person and all autonomous Institute/School/College etc

6. PHYSICAL OR LEARNING RESOURCES:

Teaching Aids – List Will Be Provided + Study Material (Book in English/Hindi)

7. PROVIDE AFFILIATION COPY OR ORDER COPY OF AFFILIATING BODY:

Aiecce – Authorisation Letter Will Be Given

8. AFFILIATED UNDER AIECCE:

We Are The Managing Body Under Aiecce, Franchise Is Given To Different Centres By Aiecce Through Us.

9. EXAM PROCEDURE:

• Exams Will Be Conducted On All India Basis Usually In The Month Of May.

• Centres Can Conduct At Their Own Place

• Medium: English/Hindi/ Regional Language – Question Paper Will Be Available In Hindi/English Only

• Certificates Will Be Issued In The Month Of August/September

10. CENTRE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Centres Need To Process And Distribute Study And Teaching Materials

• Centres Need To Arrange For Exam, Appoint Invigilator And Examiners After Obtaining Approval From AIECCE

• Centres Need To Collect Enrolment/Examination Forms, Exam Materials Etc From AIECCE Office From Time To Time And Keep It In Safe Custody And Maintain Confidentiality.

• Centre Needs To Prepare Statement Of Registered Students Andsubmit The Same To AIECCE Along With Required Documents For Inspection.

• Centres Need To Make Arrangements For Conducting Exam Of Candidates Transferred  From Another Centre By The Frahchisee/Institute.

• Centre Has To Make Arrangement For Practical Exams.

• Centres Should Abide By The Rules Of AIECCE Failing Which Registration Can Be Cancelled.

• In Case Of Any Dispute, It Will Be Resolved By The Committee Appointed By AIECCE. Direct Approach To The Court Will Not Be Permissible; Decision Of Committee Will Be Final. All Disputes Will Be Subjected To Delhi Jurisdiction Only.

13. FORM PRICE?

14. IN CASE OF ONLINE CLASS, HOW WILL THEY DO PRACTICAL CLASSES?

Apparatus/ Teaching Aid Can Be Made At Home / Need To Buy.

Demonstration Can Be Done Through Online Classes.

15. FASTRACK EXAM:

Usually The Exam Gets Conducted In The Month Of May. Due To The Lockdown Period, It Has Been Extended To July/Aug. Therefore Admissions Can Be Taken For Fastrack Batch Where Sessions Will Be Given Online For 3months

16. FORM SUBMISSION DATE:

One Month From Date Of Admission

5th March Is The Last Date Though Forms Can Be Submitted After That With Late Fine.

17. CERTIFICATION:

Certificates Will Be Provided From Aiecce And Will Have More Value Than Any Other Teacher’s Training Courses Provided By The State Govt As Aiecce Is Registered With Govt Of Nct(New Delhi).

Q1. ABOUT THE COURSE:

• Centre shall not claim to use their logo/Registered trademark in advertisement/communication/ display etc.

• Centre shall abide by the rules and regulations of AIECCE.

• In case of outstanding payment centres shall not ask for enrolment numbers/exam results

• Exam fees shall not be accepted in cash.

• Centres must not open/run any sub centre other than the one authorised, failing which authorisation shall be terminated.

• Documents to be provided: Photocopy of address verification and Copy of photo id along with the form.

• Approval for opening new study centre will be for 3 years.

• Centre having less than 5 students for a particular session has to pay Rs 500/- per student extra at the end of session.

AIECCE – Authorisation Letter Will be given on satisfactorily completion of documents and credit of franchisee fees.

8. AFFILIATED UNDER AIECCE:

We are the authorised coordinator of AIECCE, New Delhi. Franchise is given to different centres by AIECCE through us in eastern region.

9. EXAM PROCEDURE:

• Exams are conducted on all India – basis usually in the month of May.

• Centres can conduct exams at their own place.

• Medium: English/Hindi/ Regional Language – Question paper will be available in Hindi/English only

• Certificates will be issued in the month of August/September

10. CENTRE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Centre needs to prepare statement of registered students and submit the same to MATTRIX NEXGEN along with required documents for inspection.

• Centres need to make arrangements for conducting exam of candidates transferred  from another centre.

• Centre has to make arrangement for Practical Exams.

• Centres should abide by the rules of AIECCE failing which registration can be cancelled.

• In case of any dispute, it will be resolved by the committee appointed by AIECCE. Direct approach to the court will not be permissible; decision of committee will be the final. All disputes will be subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Forms can be submitted within one month from date of admission, 5th March is the last date though forms can be submitted after that with late fine.

Admission forms for online fastrack courses should be submitted immediately.

17. CERTIFICATION:

Certificates will be provided from AIECCE on successful completion of the course and clearance of the examination.
