Attendance

Regular attendance at school is in the interest of the student. It builds up sense of devotion to duty and a habit for regularity and discipline. The students should arrive on time to the school. There is a procedure for checking the late comers. Parents co-operation will be much appreciated so that punctuality may be ensured.

Student who have been absent from class must have reason written in the regularity record in the school diary stating briefly the cause of absence or delay. Absence due to any other personal reason may be submitted in a letter. These notes need to be duly signed by the parents or guardians. Any medical leave for more than three days to be substantiated by producing medical certificate.

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, or disobedience is injurious to moral tone of school and are sufficient reasons for adopting strict disciplinary measures which may even lead to dismissal of a student from the school. Those whose attendance is below 75% may be debarred from appearing the examination or may have to pay penalty as decided by the school authority. However school has a special provision for distant/out station students pursuing jee/ niit/ other competative exams

Students must attend school at the prescribed time. In case a student is late for three days in a month, he/she may be sent home

Examination 

Examinations are an integral part of the educational process. Evaluation is continuous and reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the learners frequently so that learners have better opportunity to understand and improve themselves. Our examination system and promotional rules are consistent with the concept of evaluation developed by national council of educational research and training (ncert) and the policy envisaged by the central board of secondary education.   • Objective based  –  Aiming at the specific objective of the scheme of the studies
  • Comprehensive    – Providing for a coverage of all the objectives
  • Continuous –  Ensuring that there is no loss of timing in getting feedback about the progress of the student.
  • Dynamic – Being completely integrated with teaching.
